I knew that today was the deadline for FYE 2020 but I was starting to doubt myself?

Why isn't it out yet?

As a TSX and NASDAQ listed company, we are required to issue the Q4 and year-end financial within 90 days of financial year.
Therefore, you are correct, the Company has until March 31^st to issue the financials.
