I dont see it as the top choice, convertible debt financing with its track record in this industry should be a last resort and if Nextleaf is looking to that kind of debt for support then their options must not be great..... they could be worse though, if the terms were more aggressive my theory would be a slam dunk.... the 'favourable' terms does provide a glimmer of light, but its just a small beam right now with this dilutive effort.
