SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

The failure to mention renegade chicken again is my biggest concern. I genuinely felt Sir Corp looked at us and treated us as partners in the past. This has changed dramatically for me in the past nine months. I now feel there is combative sentiment on both (all three I might even say) sides. This is not a healthy relationship. 

is this a tactic by Sir to try and get our shares cheaply? Honestly I think it is. 

Just remember in order for us to go to zero (or close to it) Fowler and CO would have to go to zero first. They will do everything in their power to avoid that. 

I don't know if the share price will ever get to the point where I want to sell, but I certainly think it will rise significantly from current levels.
