RE:OpportunityLawyers will take a third probably but still looks great on paper. I have often thought we could/should try to make an arrangement that RML could operate the mines and have the award repaid through royalties being applied. That would be the amicable route and a win win for both parties.  The less desireable route would be to make a claim against CITGO. With the reinstatement of the award, we at least have ammunition.
