Horrible way to run a Company!

Horrible way to run a Company!$SZLS What a horrible way to make an acquisition and worse how it was announced. Where are the earnings!! Can't find anywhere. Phones no service at this number! This new telemedicine thing is all fine but it looks like too much to swallow. Let's concentrate on one thing at a time. New accounting firm three months ago. I also look at Job offerings to see how much demand there is. Growing firms always have a great need. These guys are looking for 1 person. Something is not right here. A lower stock price will result in many more shares issued if this purchase is to be completed. Too much uncertainty for me. I even question the Company as a "Going Concern".
