I think that MYM Nutraceuticals and Biome Grow got a bad deal from IM Cannabis as I calculated the true value of the takeover, and based on IM Cannabis' share price at $9.17 a share and MYM investors will only get 0.022 shares of IM Cannabis per MYM share, its true value is around 20 cents a share, far less than 23 cents a share yesterday.

Mathematically and Financially speaking, its a BAD DEAL as you want to sell a company for higher than its market value, not lower.
