Blackberry's failures

Blackberry's failuresBlackberry was suppose to be turned around in 18 months (fail) The turn around was extended another 4 -6 months and it still wasn't complete ( fail) The handset division was suppose to be saved (fail) The handset were to be licensed (fail) The NOC were suppose to be repurposed after the phones division was shut down. ( no mention of this ever again) Bbm meetings was started and then shut down a few months later only to be licensed to zoom for next to nothing( zoom is valued at 100 billion) Bbm was suppose to generate 100 million annual ( shut down, no revenue) Blackberry radar was suppose to generate 100 million in annual revenue ( no mention of its revenue and John said they are no longer chasing that goal) Blackberry Jarvis was created to shorten development times ( jaguar is the only company I've ever read about using it) Blackberry stated many times there would be no more layoff (layoffs continued after those statements) John has repeatedly said overall revenues would stop declining ( to this day overall revenues continue to decline) In the time he has been at the helm they have reorganized the sales department no less than 3 times.
