RE:And the number # 2 Rule as a SHAREHOLDER That pretty much hits the nail on the head for a shareholder.  When you see unbalanced and "unsupported" negativity on social media, it is never to "help" others its only to help themselves.  Social Media is both useful and a curse because too many people believe what they read.   I have no problem with someone posting "supported" "facts" about a P&D to warn others, but they need to substantiate the viewpoint with something other than "they know"...  If as this author states management has skin in the game and is executing their articulated plan they are working in the shareholders interest.  Analysis, experience and some luck with the drill are what makes the pennies a lottery with better odds and the better odds come from analysis and experience.
