RE:RE:RE:RE:whens this BS 60-1 SPLIT Reverse Split 60-1 consolidation follows closing of the agreement unless it's terminated as you noted; 

"Following closing of the Arrangement, iCo proposes to consolidate its outstanding common shares on an approximately 1 to 60 basis (the "Share Consolidation"). Additional information regarding the Share Consolidation will be announced on a later date."
