If you don't like it just forget about it as it is not going to effect the SP or the companys reputation either way. Sure Philip could benefit from hiring a CMO now that we have more cash and the salary is more insignificant at larger MC. That's something to bring up at the AGM. If you weren't able to round up enough votes last year at possibly one of the lowest sentiment moments in the company's history do you think you have a chance now trading at 10x that with potential licensing deal among other catalysts? Let's focus on constructive feedback and get over the fluff sure it doesn't look good but they get the point send an email what ever but dragging it on is annoying and just as unhelpful for the companys reputation.
Red,
The problem is we are at a critical point in the company's history . There is no direction , the inaction on part of management is for themselves to blame . Since you are so close to the company , why don't you find out when the AGM is so we can put this to rest and let shareholders decide ?
