RE:China’s Commodities Binge -America’s Future More Expensive

RE:China’s Commodities Binge -America’s Future More Expensive"The U.S. spending plan faces a big problem:
Beijing got to all the raw materials first"

Do I understand this right?  Biden’s plan faces a problem that the previous administration is responsible for allowing to happen?  Is that another way of saying the previous administration has really hurt our nation’s wealth, our future prospects, and made our path forward more difficult?  Sure sounds like it.

You want to start listing the "big problems" this nation faces after 4 years of corruption and incompetency?  Higher prices i.e., weaker USD, is going to become a fact.

We have no choice but to rebuild as any homeowner knows - ignore maintenance and repair bills mount.  All the Republicans accomplished in four years was to load the bench with fundamentalist and fascist judges; and reward the wealthiest among us with unneeded and deficit ballooning tax breaks.

But on the other hand, will China's huge investments in mineral rich developing nations pay off as expected?  I do know they are heavily into Africa and South America where class and cultural differences have been a problem at times.  And Chinese mgmt. can’t alter extreme weather events.  It rains on them too.
