In light of MYM Nutraceuticals shares plummeting to 16.5 cents a share, which is 3 cents a share below average, and many institutional and private investors are not happy with this move, the planned takeover from IM Cannabis will likely be rejected.

Keep in mind that the deal needs at least 2/3's majority in order to go ahead.

For example, if 60% of the MYM Nutraceuticals and Biome Groe shareholders agree to sell to IM Cannabis, the takeover is rejected.
