Athabasca Oil Corporation (AOC) is a Canadian energy company with a focused strategy on the development of thermal and light oil assets. AOC’s segments include Light Oil and Thermal Oil. The Thermal Oil segment includes the Company’s assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of bitumen from sand and carbonate rock formations located in the Athabasca region of Northern Alberta. Must have been someone I have on ignore posted the heads up. Anything compensation related for mgmt and board can be found on sedi. Not necessarily sedar. Sedi is where all insider transactions must be posted. From what I read on sedi, they look like they "cashed out" value of prior year awards. Maybe 5 years ago? And they expired, so they were converted to cash or stock. And pushed up to the trough for some new ones maybe. I see Matt Taylor is on the list for 1.7 million, he doesn't return my emails anymore,but someone else can ask him to explain what the Easter bunny left big piles of for all of them,  and ask if we get any crumbs.
