MKP payed out its regular dividend and then the special .85 dividend they announced was paid out as shares. The wording was "Stock Dividend" I never picked up that ment we would get shares, I had big plans for how I was gonna spend the cash I thought I was getting lol.
Done anyone on here know if these new shares given out are dilutive or if the company purchased them from the market to give to shareholders? I expect it's dilutive, but just want further understanding for the future...
This stock has made me have a few adventure that I've had to learn an understanding of terms and processes from, all relatively good things tho.
Mr. Banks - Congratulations of your new found wealth. This is a company that literally flies under the radar. A low number of shares outstanding makes it less appealing to funds. The vast majority of investors do not realize that this company exists. Hence you are the beneficiary via the dividend and stock appreciation.
I wish you well going forward sir! ps - I like to buy companies that literally fly under the radar. By that I mean companies that have a low share float with good growth prospects. This one fits the bill. One more point, the dividend is not hard to take.
