Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. is a Canada-based cannabis company offering products to both the medical and recreational legal cannabis markets in Canada and the United States. In the United States, it operates through, Opticann Inc., an oral and topical cannabinoid company.

Want to do a follow-up comment after financials. IF we can take Clint at his word, we should start to see some much better results in qtr.2 and beyond this year especially with the ingrowth into the lucrative U.S. market. My patience has been sorely tested with Cann especially since I have owned this company before it was renamed. I don't want any reversals until we see improved sales and financials to warrant such a move. Can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear as they say. I will stay with Cann for remainder of year with will need to look at it by December for tax-loss if conditions don't improve. IMO
