The reasons are obvious to me. Open your eyes, look around. If you want a good example of the exact same deal/price movement/short interest and timing look at cyp.v. I really cant be bothered to go into detail as this has been rehashed many times.

I have no affiliation to any side but I'm observant enough. I feel Philip is aligned with shareholders he holds enough shares to benefit. Maybe he should have entertained other offers but I have no idea what the circumstances were behind his decision so unless you guys do I feel its best to keep an open mind.
