AGM & Special Meeting - May 3rd at 11am EDT

Received the notice in the mail via Computershare yesterday. Looks like one of the voting items (3rd item) is on equity incentive plan. Guess that's for the staff/employees. If so, hope it's not as diluting as VMD's plan.
