RE:Thanks BC and AwareHey Barstoolsage, It's impossible to say if/when the Strathmore facility will be permitted. On one hand, the problem of manure waste at feedlots is a real one and one would think that should convince regulators to view ERTH's solution favorably. But one can never underestimate the power of a local resistance group. In their minds, when the facility was running back in 2010, it made life miserable for the surrounding residents. ERTH has developed scrubbers to help control the smell, but based on that Strathmore Times article the residents don't really believe them. In the end, the decision is going to displease one group of people very much.
What makes me more confident about ERTH is that, with this acquisition, they have transitioned into a cash flow positive company with ~$10 million annual run rate. Plenty of growth opportunities just with Replenish Nutrients products, so the company now seems to have a feasible Plan B that will allow them to grow and make money no matter the outcome at Strathmore.

Your information moves me from enthusiastic to bullish.....
BC does Aware's article ease your mind about Strathmore?
