RE:RE:RE:Don Durrett on MMG/AXU
"At what price is MMG fairly priced now, and or if they are taken out by AXU?" Jim Dines
"Mineral potential of Alexco.
We believe there's more Berminghams-50 million oz-in size." Greg Johnson
If that is accurate Greg is suggesting potential discovery of 175-200 million oz at Keno East.
AXU are suggesting Bermingham mayrival Hector-Calumet in size once their 2021 DP is completed. HC,alone, was a 96.2m oz Ag ,407m lbs. Pb, 335m lb. Zn deposit.
AXU have a size of 138m oz M+I+IAg +Pb +Zn -without Bermingham Deep.
"Very significant. To have a dozen of these in a world-class district is what majors go looking for." GJ
"We may be looking at the source of the Keno Hill district." GJ
"Large silver producers want 50 million oz plus.
We may have more Berminghams plus bulk tonnage.
Alexco has made it clear we can JV or merge.
A bigger discovery means a major may acquire the district.
Why wouldn't a major buy all of Keno?
This is our business model that is absolutely warming up." GJ
"Potential to be a top-ten producer(ALEXCO).
This is going to be a major target for the larger producers." GJ
"Swing for the fences opportunity.
We are not a well understood name but will become one of the better performers in the silver space." GJ
To sum up,MMG will not be taken out by AXU. They will merge or JV if it means they can increase valuation levels that way:
"A bigger discovery means a major may acquire the district." GJ
