Hut 8 Corp. is a data mining company. The Company is a vertically integrated operator of large-scale energy infrastructure and bitcoin miner. The Company acquires, designs, builds, manages, and operates data centers that power compute-intensive workloads, such as bitcoin mining, high performance computing, and artificial intelligence (AI). The Company operates through four business segments: Digital Assets Mining, Managed Services, High Performance Computing-Colocation and Cloud, and Other. Its infrastructure portfolio includes about eighteen sites: nine Bitcoin mining, hosting, and Managed Services sites in Alberta, New York, Nebraska, and Texas, five high performance computing data centers in British Columbia and Ontario, and four power generation assets in Ontario. Its Managed Services business provides institutional partners such as digital asset mining site owners, governments, and data center developers an end-to-end partnership model for energy infrastructure development.

Hut 8 Joins Foundry USA Mining Pool
We added 14,400 of our existing fleet to the Foundry USA Pool. The benefit of this was a reduction in mining fees and increase in AML/Compliance. Foundry USA Pool offers “Miner Treasury Management Services” – an additional set of services that derive from the pool’s seamless integration with DCG-subsidiary Genesis. Among those services is an option to generate yield in Bitcoin (BTC) on the mined BTC, which allows clients to maximize the overall BTC yield of their operations.

Nvidia
Hut 8 Expands capacity with $30Million USD purchase of Nvidia cutting edge CMPs. The addition of the NVIDIA CMPs is set to dramatically increase Hut 8’s aggregate operating rate by approximately 1600 Gigahash. Hut 8 will use the NVIDIA CMPs to mine alternative blockchain networks and expand its mining business while maintaining the benefit of payouts in Bitcoin. This provides Hut 8 the Opportunity to participate in the #DeFi market on Ethereum currently $39.83B in locked value.

Luxor has been building out its hashrate execution technology since 2017, helping thousands of miners globally. Proprietary technology developed by Luxor has the potential to maximize returns for miners. Luxor's Switch software product is a profit-switching algorithm that maximizes earnings by switching between blockchains and venues to maximize hashrate rewards.
