The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

I'm not clear on why you are asking that question. I've been an investor in PHO for almost 8 years and there hasn't been an attempt to raise money by selling shares in that time. If you look at their financial statements going back to 2011 the total number of outstanding shares is pretty consistent over the decade.

The company has an unusually large amount of cash and I assume the only reason they would be looking to sell shares at this point is if they want to buy something expensive. The balance sheet for this company is about as solid as anything that I've ever seen for micro-cap / small cap companies. Its almost like a blue chip micro cap.
