Did you see the NR this past week?
They have essentially turned the PEA work over to SRK. I think as they got into it they realized that they were in over their head.
SRK worked with Mountain Pass on their REE PEA, so they are well qualified to do so.
I think we won't see the PEA until mid or late May.
