He did a good job explaining trends in the industry and the company.
i liked his comment about how retaining customers is smarter than losing them and recruiting new ones.. Common sense.
Another common sense point - how water reuse is the trend now -makes more sense to reuse than to treat , release into the environment and get new water.
Another common sense thing - when bidding they try to compete on systems that are not widely bid - 2or 3 competitors.. Project discipline.
Texas cold was mentioned - 30 of the 85 water systems they operate have above ground portions - so some repair there that they have to perform for their customers. They are not responsible for the costs just have to do the work.
