I need opinions before I jump in?

I need opinions before I jump in?I have my finger on the buy button after doing all my d/d but have two  nagging questions.

First...has anybody seen a project of this size advance so quicly?

Second: I realize CNC is a low grade deposit, but a more experienced investor says that one needs grades of 1.75% to 2%  on minimum 100 tons of "contained" nickel to have a economically viable mine?  {or .65% for an open pit operation}
Am I over analyzing?
Thanks if you can clarify?
