Hi Rejean. As far as your first question, the MOU with Glencore allows CNC to quickly begin with a pilot mine and right away allow for production and cost benefits. Not to mention the infrastructure that's already set up in that mining area that they have access to. Decrease set up time and cost savings... As far as your second question, yes it might be more attractive to have very high grade but they are a little more rare. CNC is a sulphide mine and as Mark Selby had said there are better processing benefits from a nickel sulphide mine where the concentrate can be converted to a higher grade than the original ore. I wouldn't be able to explain the chemistry or geology behind this analogy. I'm sure there are others much smarter on here that can. These guys are going to work off volume and production effiencies to increase the profits. Mark Selby is very experienced and has brought the right team together to build this. Also don't forget there's still much more drilling to do. There is a possibility for higher grades along the way. This is my opinion and there are others that may be able to inform you a little more. It's good to have you inquiring on this board anyways. Good luck with your trading decision.
