Inking a deal

Inking a dealJust curious. What company would ever want to ink a deal with ACG when it can't even manage to file paperwork on time and it's trading is suspended? It's no wonder Tabu didn't work out but I have my doubts that it was ACG that decided it wasn't a good deal......
