Here are some actual facts .   As at Sept 2020 common shares o/s   266,207 million
                                                Issued Share options and warrants       26,900

total issued capital    293,107 million shares

Kang Bying  has    5.7 million options at .08

Ryn   Andrew         8.6  million left to sell  .8 and .11

Total shareholders equity of 4.799 million which is below.02 cents.Book value.

Any rise in shares will result in big money for Ryn and Kang .

Good luck to all who think shares will go 50 cents to dollar.  all option and warrants holders will cash in and depress stock..
