You make no sense.
If you look at the EU issues with the AC deal for Transat Westjet has no problem so the deal going through would be a simple one. Further Westjet has considered both Transat and Sunwing in the past. So that deal would be good for consumers as the competition on transatlantic routes would remain constant.

Word of advice just because you are using the handle of bone does not meet you have to be a bonehead. Julie is going to be all over you!
