As I posted earlier though - pretty sure it has nothing to with Hexo and/or the vote on May 13. I don't think mutually agreed upon acquisitions go through law courts.

Seems more likely to do with the Petition Zena filed with the B.C. Supreme Court regarding Sundial's claim of the additional $13 million - and Zena's request that the Court determine the amount (if any) owed.
It's probably a safe guess that the reason it's filed "Zenabis vs ______" is simply the standard operating procedure for the incompetence of Zena management and it's representatives.
