If you're referring to China being blamed for the pandemic meaning they knowingly knew the virus came from a lab, you can forget about it. That will never happen, whether it's true or not. It would lead to severe consequences for China beyond our imagination. As far as breaking the dependence, yes, I agree. Unfortunately money talks and product there is inexpensive because of the lower labour costs. Maybe it can be done over a long period of time if other countries work together but a lot has to change.
