He's right about one thing; they are fortunate that their neighbours are successful, cause this is, and possibly always was, an area play.  Their "programs" seem misguided and hasty.  Something all together familiar about how these guys "develop" their claims. This was the hole the previous owner wanted drilled as part of the earn in?!? Kinda dusty...
