Mitchell Drilling is doing the He1 wells.  50 years of experience around the world - 115 rigs - using a bigger rig than originally contracted (at no extra charge) so they can do bigger well bore (6 3/4" cores) and do all appraisal work.  Confirmed that they are taking 50 percent of their charge in shares.

This first round of wells (3 and one more if necessary) will be done sequentially in the next few months.

One other difference is that the He1 shares trade on AIM (He1)  in London (a little hassle but not all that hard through  SCH international desk) ) and in Stuttgard. I bought my first shares in London because they were simply not available here on OTC.   Recently they are trading a little NASDAQ OTC as HLOGF.
