John Ballam's articleunde the news banner for Tinley is a little offbase, unless he knows something I don't. He mentioned that Tinley is focused on hemp based and supplements which to my understanding isn't correct.
Tinley discontinued their Hemplify brand in favour of THC infused unless I missed something. Hemp is where most CBD is sourced and marijuana for THC although both have both cannabinoids.
I'm not sure that abandoning CBD was a good idea because I see a bright future for it but everybody and their dog are doing it, so there's that.
Supplements, not! Tinley is pure beverages so far, and some hats, lol! Although I do remember a cbd creamer effort once upon a time.
Everything else seems to be moving forward despite the multitude of pitfalls that have to be dealt with. I don't think we have banking in California and the lack of brokers willing to trade Tinley might be why we aren't getting a lot of US investors. We did have problems with distribution in Cali too but that seems to be dealt with. We ditched our Becketts co-bottlers in Cali and I think these are being done in Canada now which I guess would have to jump through US import laws to ship into the States.
Becketts happened pretty quickly in Canada but the Tinley's now seems to be going to one company for ms and rts and the ms versions are supposed to be manufactured but I haven't seen anywhere that we can buy them yet which means the clock is ticking waiting for something while losing shelf life time.
I'm having trouble getting my head wrapped around how much bullshyt they can throw at us to delay legal product in view of the fact that as we were sorting all of this out, you could buy great looking illegal product from unlicensed retailers or dispensaries in value added products like peanut butter cups and gummies and other skus.
I think Ballam is a little offbase with the hemp and supplements which only adds to the confusion for investors. Pretty sure we could quickly change thc ingredient to hemp cbd in our Tinley's line when the legalities clear up.
Previous poster mentioned lots of sku beverages in Ontario. I've tried a lot of them and yet to hit on anything that would win awards. I can't wait to try the Tinley's! glta and dyodd
