MVC, located in Chile, has a long-term contract with the El Teniente Division (DET) of Corporacion Nacional del Cobre de Chile (Codelco) to process fresh and historic tailings from El Teniente. The Company operates in one segment, the production of copper concentrates under a tolling agreement with DET.

RE:RE:Purposely held DownAs much as I would love to see a $0.05 cent dividend in the 3rd and 4th quarter I don't think we will see them. Debt will have to be half of what it is today or even less. I'm sure they are going to be prudent with the upcoming free cash flow and strengthen the balance sheet first. But there is heavy pressure from invenstors to make the stock move up and a dividend will help that process. My guess would be a 4th quarter dividend of $0.02 cents a share or maybe a special dividend of $0.04 announced in early 2022, given copper stays above $4/lb
