A pro forma balance sheet summarizes the projected future status of a company after a planned transaction, based on the current financial statements
The bond issue has not transferred to the Taseko account yet. That would make sense with the numbers presented and would fit with previous statements about account value. It does mean that Q4 did not add much cash to the coffers.
