RE:RE:RE:RE:Bizarro world

RE:RE:RE:RE:Bizarro worldHi Maggs, I have AKR on one of my watclists.   I keep an eye but from afar.

I have asked Atul about AKR ..... he mentioned about a possible combination (no timing mentioned, but possibly before Steve came on board) but it was not a good fit.   AKR...small/medium  businesses in retail vs SNP..... large manufacturers.  As you alluded to AKR grows thru acquisition while SNP is building and growing via pure tech.   Based on my layman's perspective they appear to be good for one another ........ appears they would have a good coverage % of the market.  No final numbers yet but both appear to be the same ballpark (<$10M revenue).   Different software could be a chsllenge to a merge but certainly the potential is there.

The good thing on AKR is that they have doubled in stock price from Nov 2020 and have stayed in. that 25 cent area.    Steve appears to have his :"stuff" together while Atul seems to have resisted this type of what Steve participated in.  Nothing wrong in promoting a company that you believe in.

Will take a deeper look into AKR.........
