RE:NASDAQ and US dollars question. I used to be with BMO  and traded on US Exchanges . Don't understand your beef  with the exchange . User fee is $ 9.95 US  but of course you need to exchange your Canadian peso first . The exchange rate   can    change every  30 secondes   -   but ones you exchanged your money no other fee - besides the $ 9.95 US -  are applied .  Phone them   if they goofed .
