bomb 2021-2025We all know that bomb future depends in few key performances:

0. Once the company is out of the woods ithey have to keep changing the mentality of the work force otherwise will be in the same situation in 5 to 10 years from now.No mere huge benefits that can not be sustain ,bonuses payd on the company performances basis.Is time for micromanagement ,is time to see what is going on on the flor level ,is time to see how bad ,unprofesional ,uneficient ,some of departments are performing.The socialist mentality of the unions has to end otherwise the family will end it by taking it private.
 
1. Bombardier maintanance division is the most important in the next five years. By 2025 if they get to 2 bil .a year it will bring alone 700.mil profit a year enough to pay the yearly portion of depth.

2. For investor/creditors confidence  they have to keep the backlog full for 24 to 30 months.

3.For investors/creditors confidence they have to use every single penny from BT to pay down the depth.

4.For investor/creditors/customers /supliers confidence they have to keep a steady delivery every quarter.

5.They have to cut down the workforce to a level that for every employee the anual income to be above 600000.(look at textron)

6. They have to restore good relation with federal and provinces guv. because they have to be part of recovery plans after the pandemie ends.

7. in no more than 18 months they have to restart investment projects for future.

This are just few of a big range of adjusmets that hey have have to do in the next period.
After 2021 we will know for sure where is head it.

By the way . In my opinion all the last management teams did a great job. They could do better ? i do not know considering the timing and also the lack of micromanagement did not help at all.
if they sold CRJ ,Dash 400 with 500 mil. can you imagine the value of the business division?
I would say more than 12 bil.
Time will tell.
I hope that familly will not take the company private now when is became safer for investors.
I also hope that they will not do a reverse split untill the stock reach 4/5 dollars.That will be way to much for small investors and will take again few years to recover.
