Are you serious... you are bringing back old interview....

Did you carefully listen to the words they speak...

It is really interesting when they are asked several times about that BIG partner... it doesn't seem they have it... They are waiting for it.

Adams said a friend of his, said...

You don't bring an elephant for a walk... The elephant bring you for a walk.

I was not that much convinced about that partner... Maybe I'm wrong of thinking so... but that interview is basically what made me sell about 2 weeks ago at 0.55

They didn't convince me at all... Even the dr Skinner... if you listen to what he says... He says that the device is good... giving much information... but that basically (I'm summing it up) there are many things to consider and that maybe that much info... depending on the patient... could be useful... but that's doesn't seem to be that miraculous ....

This also bugs me a little, as it could also prevent the sales of completing.. if it gives info.. but you cannot base yourself on this.. and need to back it up with other data or analysis... then that's why it won't sell that much.. depending on the price.

I'm still reading on VPT... and waiting for an entry where I'll be a little more convinced.. now I have some doubts.

No hard feelings for those who thinks I'm bashing.. this is not.

IMHO. GLTA

You are not bashing, you are simply being objective, and evidence-based.

Why is it considered bashing if you simply want to use facts, and you give your impression of facts to make an investment decision(and clearly state it is your impression)?

You have outlined  a few of the points that I agree with as well:

  1.  This alliance or partner has been discussed for a long time, but it has not  to materialized. In addition, the terms of any partnerships are not clear if at all.  Without this information how can you make an investment decision and calculate revenue and profitability?

  1. The benefits of the machine are being promoted on a video, and are the individual’s paid or incentivized?.

Medical device adoption, requires that physicians believe that the device provides benefit to the patient, and is worth the investment.  For a machine has been around for so many years, this adoption still has not happened.

    From what I can see,
the machine is only being used by those who are being given the machine as a promotional strategy to get key opinion leaders to use this, hoping that others will then adopt it.  The China story, is difficult to sort out, and I have not been able to find any financials that would help explain the revenue if any that is coming from this.  There is also the issue of technology transfer to China where they are building them.(Tell me that hasnt happenned before)
What about competitors AI echo machines by GE etc???

I am still interested in initiating a position in this, because I have read about this company and  I think I know it pretty well.

But buying it based on a price, in that it  held up at 40, or it is going to go to 38, or it might  go to 30 is purely technical, and does not have any fundamentals to support this.

It could as easily drop to 20...or not-its pure speculation and you are playing a game.

That is, if they do not have sales, what is the value of this company?  In the long run the value of the company is going to be its cash flow, and they have top convince a bigger partner it has this potential to sell it. How doi you sell a machine that noone is buying????

I have done well by waiting until companies become cash flow positive (or aT LEAST  grwoing Revs and metrics that say its lijkely)
and then investing.
Of course I do miss a few multiples, but I also avoid when you losers that never actually materialize.  Its worked for me, and I do this for fun now.

I am not saying anything that has not been published in the financials, and my interpretation is my own, and I always say that I am an idiot it and do not trust when I say, do your own due diligence.  But inevitably, people do not like to hear people thinking things on this board, so instead they decide to criticize you and call you names.
I could care less.  That just reinforces for me, that I made the right
decision
