Thank you for your views Ciao, and I am pleased that you and no doubt others here are broadly in agreement with me that CV, who is now both CEO & Chairman, is taking too much by way of unchallenged remuneration out of such a small company. In my mind Verde is still just starting out and so still needs as much capital as possible for its expansion. To be so greedy so soon seems insane and immoral, even if it is not actually corporate theft.
I sadly cannot attend the live meeting tomorrow but I look forward to one or more shareholders asking for justification as to a. why CV feels he is entitled to such a large percentage of revenue, b. what his remuneration committee's process is (if there is such a committee?) and c. whether he is just allowed to take what he wants?
