RE:RE:TuataraI stated back in Nov/Dec that I believe DOC will grow to $150-200MM and $8-10/share. I can see this fairly easily when we examine the $85MM plus $5MM since Jan plus 10,000+families enterprise deal going live in April(now) and then "how will Hamza spend that $100MM/$60MM after VisionPros?......RXi was $9.6MM for $16.6MM in Rev so a few of these gets us close without more enterprise deals and general organic growth over the next 8 months.
One clarification to your comment on VisionPros....this deal hasn't closed yet. Hopefully shortly.
One thing folks should really think about with DOC is, get under the hood and get to see how its very different from WELL or AMWL etc.....as Hamza states, he and his team have created the holy grail of whole patient healthcare....how? Because the built it with Patients, Practictioners and Payers in mind......a highway with on ramps and off ramps of which, they get paid every which way.....and while DOC will have their own hybrid clinics and corp customers, they're going to to license or white label DOC to global partnerships.......most of DOCs competitors are episodic players and thats limiting in this evolving sector......DOC has 3 years head start on most players so that will appeal to clients wanting true end to end vs piece-meal providers.....it also will appeal to a WALMART or AMZN to buy the entire business at a premium......do your own research and you will see what I'm raving on about....good luck
