RE:Not sure what it means but XBC shorts have increasedLook at the average number of shares shorted per trade, works out to under 400 shares. That's not smart $. Smart money would have sold or shorted in Jan and Feb,  not after the news was out. What advantage does one have if everyone has the same info?
