We don't want disappointed shareholders here...unless I'm missing something the Captiva Verde news release said it would be several weeks to get the water report so I would say there is zero chance of approval April 12 without that done.  Will be amazing if we are in a place to get approval in May but I'm guessing it's possible.  My personal opinion is this summer we are going to have a great run of news between more Alberta details, Sage approval, and buying synergy from our Sage Ranch CEO's real estate agents and company.  Montalva being like an awesome trump card that could be played at any time and by year end will probably have a deal finally through the RFP.  

Jeff has done a great job bc I originally bought a big position 3 years ago based on Montalva and now its an afterthought possible bonus!  Some serious value creation I wasn't expecting.  At some point the market will wake up and things could snowball.  

Jeff, where does the share price need to get before we apply for our Nasdaq listing?  What is your tentative timeline idea for when that will happen?  Is it a goal thought or an absolute this is happening just a matter of when?

there will be no "bag holders" come July in my opinion. These are big projects and they are all moving forward well!
