Gratomic signed a US$50-$105 million (off-take agreement) ......The MM's care about information/numbers...... well here you have it boyzz!!!
BTW: (retail investors should embrace all-information)
Two off-take purchase agreements are currently held for lump-vein graphite sourced from Gratomic’s Aukam Graphite Project in Namibia, Africa. Fulfillment of the contracts is slated to begin in 2021. The agreements exist with TODAQ and Phu Sumika.
The off-take agreement with Phu Sumika is a great start, we're talking about "pure cash flow".....based on DEBT-FREE status!!!!
Pursuant to the Sales Agreement, PSK will purchase up to 7,500 Dry Metric Tonnes annually, for a period of five years from the date commercial production commences at Aukam. The contract contemplates the sales of graphitic product ranging from 80% Carbon to 99.9% Carbon at prices ranging between US$500-US$2800 per Metric Tonne (depending on grade, moisture content and industry use).
^^^^^the information provide some details with respect to the agreement, 7,500k tonnes represent roughly 17% of full production which is set to reach 45k tonnes (in due-time)......tbd? followed by 100K tonnes but for argument sake (i'll use 45K as our base)....
Quck math: high purity "vein graphite", I'll use $2,000 per tonne again for argument sake, however, it'll probably be closer to $2,800.....because Gratomic is starting-off with high grade carbon....we expect top dollar, TBD?
@$1,500 per tonne x 7,500k tonnes x (5 years)=US $56.3 million
@$2,000 per tonne x 7,500k tonnes x (5 years) = US$75 million (of potential revenue) .
@ $2,800 per tonne: potantial revenue of US$105 million (over 5 years) or (US$21 million per year)
this represents 17% of their full production folks...... (based on 45k tonnes)
If/When Gratomic start to record sales/revenue the "monies" will be put to "work" if you will, towards future growth, further testing if they so desire, increase in production, or best case scenario- cash dividends or (stock dividends)..... (as oppose to debt-repayment).
Key point: the money will probably be used for:
is pleased to announce its plans to build a pilot facility (the "Facility") to internally process up to 1,000 tons of SG16 battery grade anode materials for the booming Electronic Vehicle ("EV") battery market in the second half of 2021. This initial pilot facility, if successful (as demonstrated by internal testing), is expected to be followed by the construction of a demonstration facility, which will process up to approximately 2,000 tons per annum beginning in 2022 and up to 20,000 tons per annum once the demonstration facility is converted into a full final production phase. The facility will be located at the Company's owned warehouse located at the Port of Luderitz Bay
