Re: Karen Neilsen

Re: Karen Neilsenddogold is right. Neilsen has major Alberta connections. Atco and Arc are both big players in the oil patch.
In private conversation Kurt has been stating he would like more female representation on the board for 2 years now. He's being true to his word, as usual.
In a way, this is a highly symbolic event. Ms. Nielsen has spent her career working in fossil fuels, and is now getting into the clean energy industry.
Now Xebec will extend her an interest-free loan to buy shares, "to acquire a stake in the company", which she will then use to buy stock and report it as an insider buy.
Everybody wins. it happens all the time. Give it a week. Two at the very most.
