Notice something?

Notice something? There have been 4 different solicitations to join in class action suits against Plug filed in the last 24 hours. 3 since after the close yesterday.
The same sort of thing that Xebec announced. These suits are common and usually alledge untimely disclosure, misrepresentation etc. Notice how they are calling for investors who have lost  $250,000 or more only? It's just a bunch of ambulance-chasers looking for well-healed clients who have been financially wounded.
99% of the time, these things amount to a hill of beans. For example, there were half a dozen announced against FuelCell after it closed its financing on October 2nd at $2.10, alledging misrepresentation.
Then it went to $29.44 in the first week of February.
Don't worry about it. Plug and FuelCell are definitely holding us back, but its nothing more than an annoyance. A P-i-t-A** that too will pass.
