RE:Notice something?

RE:Notice something?I would add that in additon to the above, if there is any real merit to the class actions, they will take years to sort themselves out, and as mentioned will be forgotten in the meantime.  Not sure if any of you will remember Poseidon Concepts, but it was a darling back in the early 2010s.  The falsely claimed revs and restated everthing and it went from $2 to $20 to $0.  I took a $30K hickey, and a some lessons learned, but distinctly remember the lawsuit papers coming many many years later.  I did not recover a dime, but it's noteworthy that in that instance the claims were absolutely legitimate given that it was an outright fraud commited by management, and yet it still took years to resolve.  In this instance, there is all but no real substantive evidence that there was malicious behaviour so it will be a long forgotten memory in mere months.  If you've been investing for long enough, you'll sadly get hit with some of these bad actors and resulting losses, but I that is not the case here.  There is negligence no doubt, but this is not a case where the bunch is spoiled.  My sincere hope is that Q1 marks the end of the negative news, and that we're all regarding this as a passing bad dream come fall.  GLTA
