Why is everyone blaming insiders?Unless I am reading Canadian Insider wrong, since April 1 there have been a total of 45,000 shares sold by insiders, yet total volume traded over that time has been closer to 3 million. Add to that the fact that short interest is way up as well. I just don't see how the market is going to sell/short 3 million shares based on insiders selling 45K shares that were pre-disclosed. Seems more to me like traders either taking advantage of negative momentum on a wafer thin stock, or the share price got so tremendously ahead of itself and is finding it's come back to a more reasonable valuation. Please feel free to tell me what I am missing.
