How's Biden Gonna Pay?

He may not be talking about pot legalization at the moment and he may not get every Republican and Democrat to agree to a corporate tax hike of up to 28%, but they all might agree to lower that percentage somewhat if he can get bipartisan support for the taxation of legal marijuana. He'll have to start talking about that pretty soon.
