Habile: Lekto-Brosseau se donne du pouvoir de negociation :
1- En offrant de participer au refinancement par emission d’actions;
2- En comparant le 8$ de l’offre de AC (0,2862) au 5.$ sur la table...
Il pousse les deux autres actionnaires institutionnels (FTQ et CDPQ) se positionner - indpendamment d’Investissement-Qc et du Fed qui, ultimement doivent sauver les meubles.
 
Bref, un drapage contrl efficace, tant qu’on ne prends pas le clos dans le virage...
